Like I always say...
Rain boots (Or Wellies if you prefer) are one of those things that are not necessary, but you are so grateful that you have them when you need them. I feel like it's been raining a lot this season, so I dragged my husband to the store one Sunday afternoon working on a hot tip from my friend who told me she saw rainboots at Avenue on clearance. Of course, I had decided to wear trouser jeans that day, so I grabbed a pair of jeggings off the rack to get the full effect. The conversation went something like:
Animal print? I don't even like animal print!
DR. WHO, I LOVE THESE BOOTS!
(Let's review, Dr. Who is what husband wants to be called when I refer to him on this blog. No, I am not married to Matt Smith or David Tennant)
So it rained on Superbowl Sunday, and this is what I wore to a student Super Bowl party where I had to supervise a game which involved a trash can, several enthusiastic teenagers, Sprite, and Alka-Seltzer.
Like I always say...
Rain boots are one of those things....
